NASA astronauts have expressed their emotions for the first time since a 9-month mission. This mission contained numerous challenges and unusual experiences, which have transformed their personal as well as professional lives.
The aim of this mission was to perform different scientific experiments in space and gather new information for humankind. Although they were aware that they would have to remain in space for a long period, the time span of 9 months of space stay was not anticipated by them.
While they were staying in space, they conducted several significant research works. They carried out experiments as diverse as the development of drugs to agriculture science. Not only did these experiments enhance their science knowledge, but also expose them to new ways and methods of working.
Their exposure was not to just scientific tests. During their time in space, they formed strong relationships with the staff. They stood by one another, empathized with each other's emotions and overcame challenges together.
The hardships of existence in space were also huge. The feeling of weightlessness, the darkness and isolation of space, and coping with mental and physical well-being were all daunting experiences for the astronauts. They described how working out on a regular basis and eating well helped to be effective in managing their condition.
With all this, they had the stunning vistas of the space. The Earth's view, which inspired them anew each day, and the planets and stars, which never failed to astonish them, were all significant aspects of their experience.
Around all of this, in spite of everything else, they loved the wonderful views of space. Seeing the Earth again every day, anew inspiration for their work; just the stars and planets, always alluring them, were all great things to them.
The astronaut also tells us that this mission taught them the importance of life on Earth. What it means to keep our environment in good shape and this experience will make them become more mindful about the country and environment. They told me of how sad and miserable they were when they arrived home. How happy and excited they were when they returned. They gave hugs to their family and felt the tears coming down on their face. These tears were the tears of joy and pride.Furthermore they said that they also now have to look at life from a different angle, " he said, "I am here to speak and share my experience. I want to say that I want to inspire others. It is very important for the younger generation to go into education or science, '' he said.It has made him a better person and much more grateful for life, " the former astronaut said. "I feel more motivated to join in space exploration by our own means in the future. "I'm looking forward to my next mission in space and I want to take advantage of new technology and knowledge, he added. Therefore the story of astronauts of NASA is unique because it teaches us to recognize the fact that space exploration is not only a matter of scientific research, but is an important way to connect all humanity and that his experience was not just important for him, but it is a source of inspiration to this generation at large.
